Adaptive Integral Second-Order Sliding Mode Control Design for Load Frequency Control of Large-Scale Power System with Communication Delays

Nowadays, the power systems are getting more and complicated because of delays introduced by communication networks. The existence usually leads to degradation and/or instability system performance. On account this point, traditional load frequency control (LFC) approach for sketches a destabilizing impact an unacceptable Therefore, paper proposes new LFC based on adaptive integral second-order sliding mode (AISOSMC) large-scale with (LSPSwCD). First, linear matrix inequality is derived ensure stability whole using Lyapunov theory. Second, AISOSMC law designed finite time reachability states. To best our knowledge, first LSPSwCD. In addition, report testing results presents that suggested can not only decrease effectively variation but also make successfully less in mount oscillation/fluctuation tie-line exchange.
